We also observed that the phenotypic correlations between environments explained 90.8% variation in the PAs from the G × E model and had a highly significant association with them (p-value of 3.1E-66), while the genetic correlations explained only 79.1% of the variation in PAs and were also significant (p-value of 6.2E-44).
