Based on the analysis as seen in Table 1 and Table 2 p < 0.0001 and p = 0.0006 of the two models show that the two models are extremely significant; p = 0.1663 > 0.05 and p = 0.0571 > 0.05 of the disharmony term are not significant; the regression equations of the DH and DPPH free radical scavenging rate are significantly tested, and the correlation coefficients of the two models are R 2 = 0.984 3 > 0.95 and R 2 = 0.956 > 0.95, respectively.
