The results showed that the gene expression level of Ki67 decreased significantly after being treated for 24 h, and the inhibition effect of Ki67 gene grew more obvious after being treated for 72 h with a highly significant difference; as the action time of carboplatin injection prolonged, the gene expression level of Ki67 in 72 h was much lower than that in 24 h with a highly significant difference ( Fig. 1 ).
