In the univariate analysis, the length of stay in hospital (odds ratio [OR], 2.77), operative time (OR, 2.74), and amount of time spent on treatment/surgery (OR, 15,610.9) were found to be significant factors, whereas blood loss (OR, 1.20) only showed a trend toward significance.
