After treatment termination, Pam’s scores on the outcome measures show a decreasing trend and two years after treatment ended clinical significant improvement was achieved on the BDI-II (RCI = –4.61, <–1.96, p < .05) and her ZIL-score of 46 dropped below the cut-off of 52 ( Hovens et al., 2009 ).
