When GNP content increased to 3 wt % and 5 wt %, a decreasing trend of flexural strength of the nanocomposites was observed due to the weak adherence between the surface of epoxy resin matrix and non-functionalized GNP used in this study, which prevent the load transfer from matrix to GNP.
