Most notable were an increase in dead, sub-G1 cells (from 4.5% to 9.3%, P = 0.00173) in the siNR2F2 treated W-V cells and a highly significant decrease in cells in S-phase in siNR2F2 treated U2OS cells (from 19.5% to 6.6%, P = 9.0e−07) that was accompanied by increases in G1 and G2-M, suggesting a cell cycle arrest (Supplementary Figure S6 ).
