The quantitative analysis showed an extremely significant increase of TUNEL-immunopositive cell density and OD comparing 4T1 animals to controls (0.63 ± 0.02 vs. 0.07 ± 0.01 and 0.06 ± 0.00 vs. 0.01 ± 0.00, for cell density and OD, respectively) ( Figure 2 , Panels (A,B)).
