An increasing trend was observed in FBP and F6P, FBP and F6P concentration was observed to increase to 0.026 mmol l −1 and 0.13 mmol l −1 in the bypass model while 0.049 mmol l −1 and 0.27 mmol l −1 in the C 3 model, respectively (Fig. 4 E).
