For both sPD-1 and sPD-L1, we noted markedly significant differences in PFS between the high-and low-level groups ( Figure 4 E & Figure 4 F) Kaplan-Meyer analyses indicated that high sPD-1 concentrations (>11.14 pg/mL) predict shorter PFS times, with a median of 25.0 months for glioma patients (log-rank p<0.001) ( Figure 4 E).
