In this case, the analysis by subgroups included age and observed a significant benefit with pembrolizumab in patients aged ≤70 years (HR 0.52 (0.37–0.75)) and a favorable trend to pembrolizumab in those aged >70 years without reaching statistical significance (HR 0.77 (0.46–1.27)).
