When asked about specific barriers to effective co-management, CoE physicians found logistical difficulties in coordinating care to be more significant of a barrier than non-CoE physicians, with mean scores of 3.9 and 3.3, respectively, on a scale of 1 to 5 (not at all significant to extremely significant).
