The ratio of TGF-β/TNF-α level in higher-risk MDS and lower-risk MDS had an increasing trend compared to the NC group, but there was no significant difference (4.21 (0.66–21.52) vs. 7.26 (1.46–27.37) vs. 3.30 (1.54–3.74), respectively; P = 0.2569; Figure 3f ).
