The results of statistical analyses (Student’s t test) showed that the differences in single kernel weight were highly significant between EmA and diploid kernels (t = 8.01, p < 0.01) and between EmA and haploid kernels (t = 7.10, p < 0.01), but there was no significant difference between diploid and haploid kernels (t = 0, p > 0.05).
