Both PGLYRP4 and diamide induced severe and highly significant thiol depletion (93–96%) but very low membrane depolarization, whereas CCCP induced significant, but low-level thiol depletion (33% to 40%), significantly less than PGLYRP4- and diamide-induced thiol depletion (Fig. 9 c).
