Interestingly, our data revealed that a highly significant increase in myocilin expression (11.8-fold) was observed in TM region of the responder eyes compared to vehicle-treated eyes ( p = 0.0002); and there was a fourfold increase in myocilin expression in GC responder eyes ( p = 0.0004) compared with GC non-responder eyes.
