1 , 2 According to statistics, there are more than 1.6 million new BC patients, nearly 500,000 deaths in the world every year, and the incidence of the population has an obvious trend of younger age. 3 At present, there is no effective method to prevent BC, and surgery and drug therapy have been proved to be effective in the early stage of BC. 4 However, most BC patients have already developed tumor metastasis at the time of diagnosis, and early diagnosis directly affects the therapy and prognosis of BC patients. 5 Therefore, the in-depth study of the molecular mechanism of BC invasion and metastasis is conducive to the early discovery, early treatment, and prognosis of BC.
