Notably, MET-treated rats had significantly higher number of active nose-poke responses during the reinstatement induced by heroin priming compared with saline-treated rats [ F (1,27) = 4.890, p = 0.036, Figure 6B ] and showed an increasing trend in number of active nose-poke responses during the reinstatement induced by heroin cues; however, these differences were not statistically significant [ F (1,29) = 0.507, p = 0.485, Figure 6A ].
