In the evaluation of genotype polymorphism and survival analysis, we discovered that as the number of A alleles of the rs7128926 and rs7939976 loci of the KCNQ1OT1 gene increased, the MST with OS and RFS of GC cases showed an increasing trend, and that the AA plus GA genotypes presented a significant survival advantage over the GG genotypes.
