We further investigated the GO analysis results and performed similarity correlation of significantly enriched GO terms in the interacting proteins, and found that genes of the selenoamino acid metabolic pathways were independent of the GO terms of other enrichment analysis compared with other DIAPH3 interacting proteins with a smaller P value; therefore, it showed an extremely significant enrichment (Figure 5D , E, G, H).
