Findings showed that the mean change in IOP from baseline to week 1 was clinically meaningful (−9.9 mmHg in the IVT-AFL group and −5.0 mmHg in the sham/IVT-AFL group), although the mean difference narrowly missed statistical significance (−4.9 mmHg; 95% CI −10.2 to 0.3; P = 0.06).
