The time interval from onset to report was significantly higher in community clusters than in family clusters, suggesting that the detection of cases in public sites was more difficult and untimely, which increased the risk of transmission and the difficulty of prevention work [ 31 , 32 ], which proved to be highly significant in strengthening the detection of cases or suspected cases and screening and isolating close contacts.
