ANOVA results based on leaf tissue analysis for the linear model, z-score ~ age, were marginally significant in both 2018 and 2019, and subsequent post hoc Fisher’s least significant difference (LSD) and pairwise t -tests revealed significant differences between ages 1 and 14 years and 5 and 14 years ( Figure 2 A) in the 2018 cohorts, and between ages 2 and 11 years old ( Figure 2 B) in the 2019 cohorts.
