Amongst the proteins in the LRU group were several cytokines and chemokines ( Supplementary Table S1 ), including C-C motif chemokine 4 (Ccl4), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), C-X-C motif chemokine 10 (Cxcl10), C-C motif chemokine 2 (Ccl2), and leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF), which all showed significant ( p -value < 0.05) or highly significant ( p -value < 0.001) increases in their average intensity when compared to either the Con or the LT treatment group ( Figure 4 B, Supplementary Table S1 ).
