Moreover, the results showed some changes in less represented phyla, e.g., the phylum Tenericutes was significantly decreased in the CAF-D group (STD-D: 0.29%, CAF-D: 0.11%; q = 0.034), the Proteobacteria (STD-D: 0.31%, CAF-D: 3.47%; q = 0.034) was increased, and the phylum Verrucomicrobia was almost significantly increased (STD-D: 1.21%, CAF-D: 12.01%; q = 0.053).
