Both siblings presented changes of the clinical feature and some pathologies consequent to hormonal alterations, which can be verified in the manuscript, but the data that may be significant in relation to the topic of this review are the following: in the XX sibling, the basal concentrations of plasma testosterone, androstenedione, and 17-hydroxyprogesterone were elevated, whereas plasma estradiol was low.
