When we plotted the log 2 fold change of the common genes found in the comparison of Kmt2d +/βGeo /Kmt2d +/+ mice on vehicle and Kmt2d +/βGeo mice on TAK-418/ Kmt2d +/βGeo mice on vehicle, we observed a highly significant inverse correlation (R = −0.9), indicating that TAK-418 treatment of Kmt2d +/βGeo mice rescued the disrupted expression levels of genes in untreated Kmt2d +/βGeo mice (low genes became more highly expressed and vice versa) to approximately what is normally seen in Kmt2d +/+ littermates ( Figure 3 F).
