In 31 of 47 non‐overlapping studies reported in two meta‐analysis on MSI and prognosis in colorectal cancer, there was no statistically significant difference or only marginal significance. 1 , 2 The benefit associated with chemotherapy in Stage II colon cancer is small, and decision‐making in patients with Stage II colon cancer is often individualised to patient's preferences and comorbidities.
