It could be found that the model p = 0.0003 < 0.01 ( Table 5 ), indicating that the model was extremely significant, the lack of fit term p = 0.0612 > 0.05 is not significant, the R 2 of regression equation was 0.9657, the corrected coefficient R 2 was 0.9216, indicating that the linear relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable was significant, which can be used to optimize the extraction process of the effective components of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.
