An increasing trend, for both Cd(II) and Pb(II) stripping peak heights, was observed when Bi(III) concentration was raised from 300 to 900 μg L −1 , which was likely due to an increase in the nucleation site and alloy formation of metal and Bi(III) ions in the solution.
