The continuous risk of donor age increment on patient mortality was increased up to the 1st year (RR = 1.10, 1.12, and 1.15 at 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year, respectively), but declined to borderline significance at 3 and 5 years (RR = 1.10 and 1.08 at 3 and 5 years, respectively) ( Table 3 ).
