The data reported in Figure 1 A show that tempol does not exhibit significant cytotoxic effects on J774 cells at all lower concentrations used (0.1–0.2 mM) at all timepoints of treatment, while after 168 h of incubation it is possible to notice a slight trend of reduction in cell viability, especially at the higher concentration ( Figure 1 A) and especially at 72 and 168 h.
