Ten other regions with smaller but still highly significant effects (20 ≤ − log 10 (P) < 50) were located on BTA 5 (~ 119.0 Mbp), 6 (~ 43.3, 48.1, and 85.6 Mbp), 11 (~ 103.2 Mbp), 17 (~ 50.8 Mbp), 19 (~ 60.6 Mbp), 20 (~ 55.9 and 60.8 Mbp), and 22 (~ 32.8 Mbp); these also generally affected multiple milk components.
