In the comparison of the mRNAsi among clinical phenotypes of EC, we found that the mRNAsi score was significantly higher in patients with stage IV disease, with an increasing trend from stage I to stage IV (stage I < stage II < stage III < stage IV) ( p = 0.0046, Kruskal-Wallis test) ( Figure 1(c) ), and the pathological grade presented the same trend (grade 1 (G1) < grade 2 (G2) < grade 3 (G3) < high-grade) ( p < 0.0001, Kruskal-Wallis test) ( Figure 1(d) ).
