The results demonstrated that anodal tDCS at the M1 area, which underwent immediately after repetitive mTBI, increased the amplitude of MEP, showed a decreasing trend of the foot-fault ratio, and improved the rotarod duration. tDCS may have therapeutic benefits for balance function and electrophysiological changes.
