The results revealed that the total reads of GH families, which were responsible for hemicellulose degradation, were significantly higher in wild and half-blood yaks than in domestic yaks (Welch t -test, p < 0.05) ( Figure 4A ), and the total reads of GH families, which were responsible for cellulose degradation, were almost significant between wild and half-blood yak (Welch t -test, p = 0.055) ( Figure 4B ).
