The results of the correlation analysis show that the correlation coefficient between the time interval from the first confirmed case to the activation of first-level public health emergency response, and the time interval from the first confirmed case to the inflection point of the total confirmed cases is 0.642 ( p <0.001), which showed that there was a highly significant positive linear correlation between the two indicators.
