The highly significant match of M200535 with C. jejuni galactosyltransferases indicates that the sequences responsible of galactocerebroside synthesis contain the functional domain M200535, which, in this study, was found to be a distinctive motif with specific feature, while previously included in the Pfam domain PF00535.
