Since the imaging process is nondestructive, the internal features of the same sample may be examined many times and samples remain available after scanning additional biological and mechanical testing.[ 20 ] The results of the present study showed that all types of access cavity preparation reduced the fracture-resistance of tooth compared to the control group which showed, highest load to fracture which was statistically highly significant.
