Therefore, this was the first study to investigate the impact of oxygen therapy on changes in creatine kinase-MB and troponin I in patients with acute myocardial infarction in Iran. The results of this study showed that the levels of creatine kinase-MB and troponin I in the 2 groups under study within the first 24 hours and 48 hours after admission to CCU had an increasing trend.
