Wound-healing was slowest in untreated group (A), showing the maximum diameter throughout the study period with wound closure 17.56% and 50.44% on day 5 and 10, respectively, while Group D, treated with commercial product, showed maximum healing of 49.1% and 95.3%, as shown in Figure 9 , which showed highly significant ( p < 0.001) results when compared to untreated groups, whereas Group C, treated with the CEO NFs, also showed better healing percentage (45.41 and 90.13) on the 5th and 10th day of treatment, which is more significantly different ( p < 0.01) from Group A, but less than that of the commercial product, as shown in Table 4 .
