The adalimumab cutoff value for sustained remission (i.e., 13.85 μg/ml at the end of induction) significantly correlated with fecal calprotectin measured during the induction: patients not achieving the cutoff for adalimumab concentrations had significantly higher fecal calprotectin compared with others, and marginally significant results were observed for CRP ( Supplementary Figure 7 ).
