Corresponding results revealed that in response to SARS-CoV-2 infection, the numbers of many cell types, including B cells, dendritic cells (DCs), Basophils, CD8 + T cells, Macrophages, Mast cells, Natural killer (NK) cells, and Th2 cells, increased, while a decreasing trend was found in epithelial cells and Th1 cells (Fig. 3 A).
