There were statistically significant relationships between performance and promoting factors, and background variables, such as age, sex, work experience, work experience in cancer care, management position, education degree, belonging to an interprofessional team, and time elapsed since interprofessional cooperation training (Table 4 ). Relationship between performance and background variables The respondents’ ages correlated very weakly, positively, and statistically almost significantly with performance of work empowerment.
