Maternal age was significantly related to a short AGD in both groups, with an inverse correlation ( P < 0.001 for Group 1 and P = 0.001 for Group 2; Pearson correlation coefficient) and a highly significant correlation in Group 1 compared to Group 2, and this may be explained by the shorter AGD in Group 1 vs Group 2.
