Ten days after tumor cell inoculation, we observed a more or less significant accumulation of CD4 + PD-1 + CXCR5 + Tfh cells in either dLN or the tumor bed in all models, while the detection of these cells varied in the spleen and ndLN, according to models ( figure 2A, B ).
