While no significant differences in progression-free survival (PFS) or specific overall survival (SOS) were found between negative and positive CYCLON expression groups (Supplemental Digital Content, Figure 4A, http://links.lww.com/HS/A164 ), Kaplan-Meier survival analyses showed highly significant differences between CYCLON staining patterns for PFS ( P = 0.0015) and SOS ( P = 0.0033; Figure 1 B).
