Based on our results, the high frequent diseases were gastroenteritis, leptospirosis, brucellosis and sepsis and an increasing trend was seen in the prevalence of gastroenteritis, leptospirosis and lung tuberculosis and a decreasing trend in sepsis, shigellosis, mononucleosis and brucellosis.
