Even though the arrival-time distributions for all complexes ( Figure 5 A,B) do not seem to follow an obvious trend, the difference between the distribution of the P dimer (black traces) and the sample with 500 μM of the respective ligands (green traces) suggest that at high-ligand concentration, the relative concentration of the free P dimer decreased.
