The implementation of preventive measures showed a decreasing trend from hemodialysis centers at tertiary hospitals, to secondary hospitals and primary hospitals, to stand-alone hemodialysis centers, with respect to strengthened triage, restricting caregiver visits during dialysis treatment, an attitude of respecting preventative measures among staff, and improvements in the education and protection of patients (Fig. 1 ).
